Orders are processed in real time and so transactions are authorised/declined almost instantly.As the system is automated, small inaccuracies can result in a transaction rejection.
If this is to happen, do:
- Check that you selected the correct card type.
- Check that you entered your credit / debit card number correctly.
- Check that you entered your name exactly as it appears on the card.
- Check that you entered the start (valid from) and end (valid to) dates correctly.
- Check that you have entered the correct CV2/CVV value (the last three digits on the back of the signature strip).
If you feel that all of the above information is correct and that the order should have been processed and was not, please do not make multiple attempts and contact your credit/debit card provider directly. instead.
Please note that after the completion of your order, we do not store your credit/debit card information.
