We currently offer three delivery services:
Expedited delivery: Delivered within 24 working hours guaranteed*.
For those orders that simply can't wait, we offer the Expedited delivery service. Items are couriered from our doors to yours to ensure that they arrive with you the following day (excluding Sunday). Full tracking information is provided on the evening of dispatch via the website, to allow you to track the progress of your parcel. The best thing about this service is that all orders are guaranteed to arrive within 24 hours; so if you do not have your parcel the following day (excluding Sunday), we'll refund your shipping costs in full*.
Order cut-off times:
5:30pm on a working day for orders placed via the website.
or
6:00pm on a working day for orders placed over the telephone.
Standard delivery: Delivery time is usually within 2-3 working days.
For those orders that are not time-sensitive, we offer the Standard delivery service. The majority of these orders are dispatched on the working day that they are received and the average transit time for them is 2-3 working days. Though the service has no guaranteed delivery date, all orders shipped are fully insured to ensure they reach you safely. The best thing about this service is that all orders ship for FREE.
International delivery: To the rest of Western Europe. Average transit time 2-5 working days.
For our International customers we offer standard International delivery via Royal Mail's priority International Signed For service. This means that you can place your order one day and have it on your doorstep within the week - no matter where you are in Western Europe. The best thing about this service is that there are no import taxes - so no nasty surprises from Customs!
Please note: We send all of our consignments via a traceable delivery service that requires a signature for receipt. Please make necessary arrangements to ensure that there is someone available to sign for your consignment.
