If your order arrives damaged:
Kindly reject it & have the courier return it to us. We will then take the appropriate measures and provide you with a replacement asap.
If you receive your order but have changed your mind:
Not to worry; our returns policy covers 'change of mind'. Simply return the items to us in their original condition within seven working days for a refund of the item price.
If an item is returned to us by the courier as a result of a failed delivery:
As standard, we will email you to advise you of the return and a refund of the item price will be applied to your card.
If an item is lost in transit:
Expedited orders are trackable at all stages of transit.
Standard orders are usually only trackable on receipt/delivery attempt.
We ask that customers use their tracking numbers and appropriate Courier website(s) to track delivery.
For Expedited orders:
Please contact us if you have not received your order in 24 working hours.
For Standard orders:
Please allow at least ten days from notification of dispatch before considering items as lost. If this time has elapsed and the item has not been received / delivery has not been attempted, kindly complete a 'Lost Parcel Claim Form' and return to us either electronically, by fax or post. We will then aim to provide you with a replacement item / refund as quickly as possible.
If you receive the wrong order:
Please complete an RMA online via your account where you can return the item to us at no cost to yourself and arrange to receive a refund/replacement item. |
