Distance selling regulations allow customers within the UK and EU to withdraw from a purchase for up to seven working days after the date of receipt. This period is also known as the Cooling Off Period. For your peace of mind, we offer an additional seven working days. These periods combined mean that if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will accept the return of your order for up to fourteen working daysfrom the day after receipt.
We regret that we cannot accept the cancellation of contracts for the purchase of CDs, VCDs, Video games & Software where the item has been sent sealed and has returned unsealed. For a faulty item of this nature, we will provide a replacement like-for-like item. We also regret that we cannot accept the cancellation of contracts for services which have been completed (including but not limited to shipping and gift wrapping services).
If you would like to cancel your purchase within the seven working day Cooling Off Period or return your order during our standard 14-day returns period, please fill out an RMA via your account and return the item to us within this time. For your protection, we recommend that you use a ‘recorded delivery service’. Please note that delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer except in situations where item(s) are faulty or incorrect.
