    Kindly reject it & have the courier return it to us. We will then take the appropriate measures and provide you with a replacement asap.

  2. What happens if I receive my order and I decide that I no longer want it?


    Not to worry; our returns policy covers 'change of mind'. Simply return the order to us in its original condition & within seven (7) working days for a refund of the item price. Outside of seven (7) working days, but within fourteen (14) working days, please contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number before attempting a return.

  3. What happens if my item is lost in transit?


    We ask that customers allow at least ten days from notification of dispatch before considering items as lost.
    If this time has elapsed and the item has not been received / delivery has not been attempted,
    kindly complete a 'Lost Parcel Claim Form' and return to us either electronically, by fax or post.
    We will then aim to provide you with a replacement item / refund as quickly as possible.
